The ALSITE Student Chapter Traffic Bowl Competition was held today at Sain Associates’ headquarters in Birmingham. The winner of the competition represents ALSITE at the Southern District ITE Annual Meeting Traffic Bowl Competition in Nashville in April. All of the participating Student Chapters were well prepared and made a great showing. So who won?

In a competition which came down to the final round, we would like to congratulate the Auburn University Traffic Bowl Team for coming out on top! We will all be cheering you on in Nashville!

After the Traffic Bowl Competition, Sain Associates President/CEO Jim Meads gave a talk to the students in attendance on “What They Don’t Teach You in Engineering School”.

Thanks again to all Student Chapters who participated, and to our Traffic Bowl Co-chairs Richard Caudle and Laura Beth Yates for running the show!
